Terms of Service

Effective date: July 19, 2026. These terms govern services provided by RedForge 3D. Replace this content with attorney-reviewed language before production use.

1. Quote Validity

Instant and manual quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise noted. Material and shipping costs may change after expiration.

2. Customer Files

You confirm you own or are licensed to manufacture submitted designs. RedForge 3D may reject files that are unsafe, unlawful, or technically unprintable.

3. Manufacturing Tolerances

Printed parts are subject to process tolerances. Functional fit depends on model design, orientation, and material behavior.

4. Payment and Delivery

Production begins after payment confirmation unless credit terms are agreed in writing. Delivery dates are estimates and may shift due to print failures or force majeure events.
